Ploopy’s warranty covers products and parts that are found to be faulty upon arrival and must be claimed within one year of the original purchase date. Products older than one year are not eligible for warranty service and we are unable to provide replacement parts.

We do sell maintenance kits which may be helpful depending on your situation.
