If you send us an email before Monday at 9AM ET regarding an order that you’ve placed that hasn’t shipped yet, we will be able to cancel your order and provide you with a full refund.

We will not be able to cancel your outstanding order if it is after Monday at 9AM ET, as your order will already be boxed up and on the way to you, and we will not be able to modify it.
