We ship to many countries around the world, but not everywhere.

We use a Canadian logistics provider called “Chit Chats” to ship parcels. Chit Chats has a public list of locations that it will ship parcels to. If your country is not on that list, then we cannot ship a parcel to you.

Additionally, there are some countries that we do not ship to, regardless of whether or not Chit Chats can ship to there. We restrict shipping based on country-specific factors.

If our website states that we have no shipping options available for your location, our website will state if we have a timeline for restoring shipping services to you. If no such timeline is specified, it is because we do not know when shipping will be restored.
