How can I track my parcel?

When your parcel ships out, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

It may take up to five business days (or even longer, in some cases) until your tracking information begins to update. This is because it takes some time for the parcel to leave our factory and be inducted into the postal system of the carrier that will eventually deliver the parcel to you.

We use a wide network of carriers to deliver parcels. Typically, the national postal carrier for your country will be the one that delivers your order to you, and you can track your parcel using your nation’s postal carrier. For instance, if you live in the Netherlands, you can look up the tracking number with PostNL.
