I used the wrong shipping address in my order.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, send us an email at contact [at] ploopy (dot) co with your order number and we’ll correct it.
If you’ve received an email that your parcel has shipped, then unfortunately, it’s too late for us to do anything to change it.
There is a small chance that you can have the parcel rerouted. You’ll have to contact your country’s national postal carrier (for example, USPS for Americans, Deutsche Post for Germans, and so forth). Note, however, there is a significant chance that they will not be able to reroute your parcel.
